PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 21 August 2025 – The Closing Ceremony for the Basic Clerk's Course session 2025 was held at the School of Military Trade, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
The objective of this course is to train and provide knowledge on administrative and clerical matters for all personnel who will assume roles as basic-level clerks.
The course was conducted for five (05) weeks and was attended by 50 participants, including personnel from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ), Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF), and, Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).
Present as the Guest of Honour was Captain Muhd Hasif bin Matusin, Officer In-Charge Human Resource Data Management, Manning and Record, Directorate of Personnel. Also present were the Wing Commander of Clerks Training Wing, invited guests, instructors from the Clerks Training Wing, and assistant instructors from RBAirF.
The Guest of Honour presented certificates to the course participants, followed by awards for the top students. The Best Typist award was presented to Private Azwan bin Awg Abidin; the Best Theory award to Private Nurul Fatin binti Morsidi, and the Best Practical award to Private Siti Nurhamizah binti Abdullah Zamali. All the best-performing students was from the Ministry of Defence.
In his speech, the Guest of Honour extended his congratulations to all course participants and emphasised the importance of performing their duties professionally and with dedication, carrying out their tasks honestly, sincerely, and with integrity. He encouraged everyone to maintain a positive mindset to produce quality work, in line with the principles of the Clerks Training Wing: Precise, Thorough, and Committed.
MAJLIS PENUTUPAN DAN PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL KURSUS KERANI ASAS SESI 2025
PENANJONG GARISON, Khamis, 21 Ogos 2025 – Majlis Penutupan Kursus Kerani Asas Sesi 2025 yang dikendalikan oleh Cawangan Latihan Kerani, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei telah sempurna dilaksanakan.
Objektif kursus ini adalah untuk melatih dan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai hal ehwal pentadbiran perkeranian bagi semua anggota yang akan memegang jawatan sebagai kerani pada peringkat asas.
Kursus ini telah dijalankan selama lima (05 minggu) dan telah dihadiri oleh 50 anggota yang terdiri daripada anggota Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB), Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB), Markas Angkatan Bersama (MAB), Akademi Pertahanan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (AP ABDB), Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (IL ABDB) dan Kementerian Pertahanan (KEMENTAH).
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat majlis ialah Kapten Muhd Hasif bin Matusin, Pegawai Penguasa, Cawangan Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Pejabat Tenaga & Rekod, Jabatanarah Keanggotaan. Turut hadir ialah jemputan-jemputan, Jurulatih-jurulatih Cawangan Latihan Kerani dan jurulatih bantuan dari unit TUDB.
Yang Mulia Tetamu Kehormat telah menyampaikan sijil-sijil kepada para peserta kursus dan diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil penuntut-penuntut terbaik. Penuntut Terbaik Menaip telah disandang oleh Soldadu Azwan bin Awg Abidin; Penuntut Terbaik Teori disandang oleh Soldadu Nurul Fatin binti Morsidi dan Penuntut Terbaik Amali Soldadu Siti Nurhamizah binti Abdullah Zamali. Kesemua penuntut terbaik adalah daripada Kementerian Pertahanan.
Dalam ucapan penutupan, Yang Mulia Tetamu Kehormat merakamkan ucapan tahniah kepada semua peserta kursus dan menekankan agar peserta kursus dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan profesional dan penuh dedikasi serta jujur, ikhlas dan amanah. Beliau juga menyeru agar sentiasa berfikiran positif bagi menghasilkan kerja yang berkualiti sesuai dengan pegangan Cawangan Latihan Kerani iaitu Cermat, Teliti dan Beriltizam.
