PENANJONG GARISSON, Friday, 13 February 2026 – The Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for the Administrative Officer Preparatory Course Series 3/2025 was successfully held at the Officers' Mess, Penanjong Garrison. Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Pg Aeddie Masjaffrie bin Pg Hj Mohd Ja'afar, Commandant of Training Institute, Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Also in attendance were the Chief Instructor TI RBAF, Commanding Officer School of Military Trade TI RBAF, the Deputy Commanding Officer, School of Military Trade TI RBAF, a representative for G7 (Training) Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), a representative for N7 (Training) Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), and other invited officers from TI RBAF.
The objective of the course was to equip young officers with the essential skills and knowledge required to carry out the duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Officer, Staff Officer or Adjutant in their respective units efficiently and professionally. The course broadens their knowledge and skills in administrative work and human resource management, while enabling them to practice RBAF correspondence in order to fulfil the mission and responsibilities of their units.
The course ran for ten days, from Monday, February 2, 2026, to Friday, February 13, 2026. A total of 30 participants, comprising officers from the RBLF and RBN, successfully completed the course.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates and a speech delivered by the Guest of Honour, who congratulated all course participants and emphasised the importance of administration and staffing skills in their duties as officers of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces. He noted that professional and efficient staff work reflects discipline and directly contributes to the operational readiness and overall effectiveness of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
MAJLIS PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL DAN PENUTUPAN KURSUS PERSIAPAN PEGAWAI PENTADBIR SIRI 3/2025
PENANJONG GARISON, Jumaat, 13 Februari 2026 – Majlis Penyampaian Sijil dan Penutupan Kursus Persiapan Pegawai Pentadbir Siri 3/2026 telah sempurna dijalankan di Mes Pegawai, Penanjong Garison. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah Leftenan Kolonel Pg Aeddie Masjaffrie bin Pg Hj Mohd Ja'afar, Komandan Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (IL ABDB). Turut hadir ialah Ketua Jurulatih IL ABDB, Pegawai Pemerintah Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera IL ABDB, Timbalan Pegawai Pemerintah Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera IL ABDB, wakil G7 (Latihan) Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB), wakil N7 (Latihan) Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB), serta pegawai-pegawai jemputan dari IL ABDB.
Objektif kursus ini adalah untuk melengkapkan pegawai-pegawai muda dengan kemahiran dan pengetahuan penting yang diperlukan bagi melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai Pegawai Pentadbir, Penolong Pegawai Turus atau Ejutan di unit masing-masing dengan cekap dan profesional. Kursus ini turut memperluas pengetahuan dan kemahiran mereka dalam bidang kerja pentadbiran dan pengurusan keanggotaan, serta berupaya mengaplikasikan persuratan ABDB bagi memenuhi misi dan tanggungjawab unit masing-masing.
Kursus ini telah dijalankan selama sepuluh hari bermula pada Isnin, 02 Februari 2026 dan berakhir pada Jumaat, 13 Februari 2026. Seramai 30 peserta kursus yang terdiri daripada pegawai-pegawai TDDB dan TLDB telah berjaya menamatkan kursus tersebut.
Majlis diakhiri dengan penyampaian sijil dan ucapan daripada Tetamu Kehormat yang menyampaikan tahniah kepada semua peserta kursus dan menekankan kepentingan kemahiran pentadbiran dan perjawatan dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai pegawai Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei. Beliau turut menegaskan bahawa tugas-tugas staf yang profesional dan efisien mencerminkan tahap disiplin yang tinggi serta memberikan sumbangan langsung kepada kesiapsiagaan operasi dan keberkesanan keseluruhan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei.
