PENANJONG GARISSON, Wednesday, 4 March 2026 – Three graduates from SkiPPA (Skim Perantisan Perkhidmatan Awam) completed a one-year apprenticeship program at Evolution Centre, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces from 4 March 2025 to 4 March 2026. During the program, graduates had the opportunity to work in the public sector, gain firsthand experience, and understand the roles of IT instructors. This opportunity provided the graduates with the chance to enhance their knowledge and skills, contributing to their professional growth and development as instructors within the organisation.
The closing ceremony and certificate presentation was graced by the Guest of Honour, Yang Mulia Major Dayangku Nurhazrimah binti Pengiran Hj Hassanan, Officer Commanding of Evolution Centre, Training Institute RBAF. Also, in attendance were the Head of Information Technology Wing, officers, Senior Instructors, teachers and guests from Pejabat Pentadbiran Awam.
The ceremony commenced with a recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Yang Mulia Sjn Hj Mohd Zulatfi bin Hj Rosli, and continued with a speech by a representative of graduates from the SkiPPA program. This was followed by the presentation of certificates to the three graduates and a closing speech by the Guest of honour. The ceremony concluded with the recitation of Doa Selamat and a group session.
MAJLIS PENUTUP DAN PENYERAHAN SIJIL BAGI PROGRAM PERANTIS SKIPPA DI PUSAT EVOLUSI, INSTITUT LATIHAN ANGKATAN BERSENJATA DIRAJA BRUNEI PENANJONG GARISON, Rabu, 4 Mac 2026 – Tiga graduan SkiPPA (Skim Perantisan Perkhidmatan Awam) telah menamatkan Program Perantisan selama setahun di Pusat Evolusi, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei bermula 4 Mac 2025 hingga 4 Mac 2026. Sepanjang program berlangsung, para graduan telah berpeluang bekerja di sektor awam untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan memahami peranan sebagai Jurulatih Teknologi Maklumat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendedahan dan meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan graduan yang terlibat khususnya tugas sebagai Jurulatih di dalam sebuah organisasi. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah Yang Mulia Mejar Dayangku Nurhazrimah binti Pengiran Hj Hassanan, Pegawai Memerintah Pusat Evolusi, Institut Latihan ABDB. Turut Hadir ialah Ketua Cawangan Teknologi Maklumat, Pegawai-pegawai, Jurulatih Kanan, guru-guru dan kakitangan awam dari Pejabat Pentadbiran Awam. Majlis diberkati dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dikepalai oleh Yang Mulia Sjn Hj Mohd Zulatfi bin Hj Rosli. Majlis kemudian diteruskan dengan ucapan daripada wakil graduan program perantis SkiPPA. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil penghargaan kepada tiga graduan dan ucapan daripada Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Selamat dan sesi bergambar ramai.
