PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 13 February 2025 – The Closing Ceremony and certificate presentation of the series 04/2024 Method of Instruction Course conducted by the Instructor Development Wing, Evolution Centre, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF) was held in the Mahmud Room, Evolution Centre, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
Present as the Guest of Honor at the event was Major Mohd Safizan bin Ahmad, Chief Instructor of Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Also present at the ceremony were the Acting Head of Department and Senior Instructors of the Instructor Development Wing.
The Method of Instruction Course series 4/2024 was conducted for 03 weeks starting on 21 January 2025 to 14 February 2025 and was attended by 32 personnel consisting of 10 personnel from the Royal Brunei Land Forces, 11 personnel from the Royal Brunei Navy, 03 personnel from Royal Brunei Air Force, 03 personnel from the Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces and 05 personnel from Ministry of Defence.
The course participants underwent the 3 week course, through which various knowledge and skills were shared not only in the field of teaching methods, but also in the field of administration and preparation before teaching which is an essential step in the teaching process. In addition, this course has opened up space, opportunities and added value to course participants in terms of understanding the duties and responsibilities, especially in the field of coaching. In addition, the course is also able to further develop the skills of course participants to think outside the box in making efficient plans and decisions.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of certificates and souvenirs to the best students and continued with a speech by the Guest of Honor.
The Best Student in Theory was held by Kpl Annuar bin Ibrahim. Meanwhile, the Best Student in Teaching Training was held by Ssjn Sobri bin Hassan. The Overall Best Student was held by LsM Md Luqman Syafi bin Hj Muhamad.
MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS KAEDAH MENGAJAR SIRI 04/2024
PENANJONG GARISON, Khamis, 13 Februari 2025 – Majlis Penyampaian Sijil dan Penutupan Kursus Kaedah Mengajar Siri 4/2024 yang dikendalikan oleh Cawangan Perkembangan Jurulatih, Pusat Evolusi, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (IL ABDB) telah sempurna dilaksanakan di Bilik Mahmud, Pusat Evolusi, Penanjong Garison.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat majlis ialah Mejar Mohd Safizan bin Ahmad, Ketua Jurulatih Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei. Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah Pemangku Ketua Cawangan dan Jurulatih Kanan Cawangan Perkembangan Jurulatih.
Kursus Kaedah Mengajar Siri 4/2024 dilaksanakan selama tiga minggu, bermula pada 21 Januari 2025 hingga 14 Februari 2025, dan disertai oleh 32 orang anggota yang terdiri daripada 10 anggota Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei, 11 anggota Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei, tiga anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei, tiga anggota Institut Latihan Diraja Brunei, dan lima anggota Kementerian Pertahanan.
Para peserta kursus telah menjalani latihan selama tiga minggu. Dalam tempoh tersebut, pelbagai ilmu dan kemahiran telah diterapkan oleh para jurulatih, bukan sahaja dalam bidang kaedah mengajar tetapi juga dalam bidang pentadbiran dan persediaan sebelum mengajar yang merupakan tanggungjawab sebagai jurulatih yang berkebolehan. Selain itu, kursus ini telah membuka ruang, peluang, dan nilai tambah kepada peserta dalam memahami tugas serta tanggungjawab mereka, terutamanya dalam bidang kejurulatihan. Kursus ini juga berupaya melatih serta membina kemahiran peserta agar menjadi jurulatih yang berkualiti, responsif, dan proaktif serta mampu berfikir di luar kotak dalam membuat perancangan dan keputusan yang efisien.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Yang Mulia 18505 Sjn Mohammad Hazwan bin Haji Mohammad Din, diikuti dengan penyampaian sijil dan cenderamata kepada penuntut terbaik. Seterusnya, majlis diteruskan dengan ucapan oleh Yang Mulia Tetamu Kehormat.
Anugerah Penuntut Terbaik Teori disandang oleh Kpl Annuar bin Ibrahim, manakala Penuntut Terbaik Latihan Mengajar diberikan kepada Ssjn Sobri bin Hassan. Penuntut Terbaik Keseluruhan pula disandang oleh LsM Md Luqman Syafi bin Haji Muhamad.
