Penanjong Garrison, Monday, 21 July 2025 – The Opening Ceremony of the Basic Clerk Course Session 2025 was held at the Lecture Room, School of Military Trade, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
Present to officiate the course was the Wing commander of the Clerks Training Wing, School of Military Trade, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Also in attendance were the Senior Instructor, Instructors, and Instructors from the Royal Brunei Air Force.
The Basic Clerk Course is attended by Royal Brunei Armed Forces personnel who is holding clerk position. The objective of the course is to train and provide knowledge in the clerical field at a basic level for the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Personnel who hold a clerical position. Among the goals of the course are the course participants will be able to carry out clerical duties such as RBAF correspondence procedures, filing systems, types of RBAF correspondence, and use of the Defence Personnel Administration Information System (DefPAIS) as well as clerical skills as a clerk.
MAJLIS PEMBUKAAN KURSUS KERANI ASAS SESI 2025
Penanjong Garison, Isnin 21 Julai 2025 – Majlis Pembukaan Kursus Kerani Asas Sesi 2025 telahpun berlangsung di Bilik Kuliah, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei.
Hadir bagi merasmikan pembukaan Kursus tersebut ialah Ketua Cawangan, Cawangan Latihan Kerani, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei. Turut hadir ialah Jurulatih Kanan, Jurulatih-Jurulatih dan Jurulatih-Jurulatih daripada Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei.
Kursus Kerani Asas ini dihadiri oleh anggota-anggota berjawatan kerani yang bertugas di dalam unit-unit Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei. Objektif kursus ini adalah untuk melatih dan memberikan pengetahuan dalam bidang perkeranian diperingkat asas bagi anggota – anggota ABDB yang baru memegang jawatan kerani. Antara matlamat kursus yang akan dicapai adalah peserta-peserta kursus akan dapat melaksanakan tugas – tugas perkeranian seperti tatacara persuratan ABDB, sistem memfail persuratan, jenis – jenis persuratan ABDB dan penggunaan sistem Defence Personnel Administration Information System (DefPAIS) serta kemahiran pertukangan sebagai seorang kerani.
