THE CLOSING CEREMONY AND CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION FOR THE INTERMEDIATE CLERKS COURSE SERIAL 1/2026

PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 30 July 2026 – The Certificate Presentation and Closing Ceremony for the Intermediate Clerks Course Serial 1/2026, conducted by the Clerks Training Wing, School of Military Trade, Training Institute of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (SMT, TI RBAF), was successfully held. Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Fatin Afiqah binti Ramlli, RBN, Staff Officer Garde 2 Manning & Record, Directorate of Personnel, Ministry of Defence.

The course was conducted for four (04) weeks from 03 July 20 until 31 July 2026, with a total of thirty (30) participants. These included four (04) participants from the Royal Brunei Land Forces, three (3) from the Royal Brunei Navy, six (06) from the Royal Brunei Air Force, thirteen (13) from the Ministry of Defence, two (02) from the Joint Force Headquarters Royal Brunei Armed Forces, and two (02) from the Gurkha Reserve Unit.

The course aimed to provide in-depth training and knowledge in the clerical field, enhancing the skills and expertise of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) clerks who will assume the role of Chief Clerk. Over the course duration, the trainers imparted a wide range of knowledge and skills, covering not only clerical matters but also management and the execution of official functions.

The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the presentation of certificates and a speech by the Guest of Honour. In her address, the Guest of Honour congratulated all the course participants and emphasised the importance of professionalism in their duties. She advised participants to adhere to standing orders, reference materials, and guidance from superior officers or senior clerks. The event concluded with the formal closure of the Intermediate Clerks Course Serial 1/2026 by the Guest of Honour.

MAJLIS PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL DAN PENUTUPAN KURSUS KERANI PERTENGAHAN SIRI 1/2026

PENANJONG GARISON, Khamis, 30 Julai  2026 – Majlis Penyampaian Sijil dan Penutupan Kursus Kerani Pertengahan Siri 1/2026 yang dikendalikan oleh Cawangan Latihan Kerani, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei telah sempurna dilaksanakan. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat bagi majlis ini ialah Leftenan Fatin Afiqah binti Ramlli, Timbalan Pegawai Turus Tenaga & Rekod, Jabatanarah Keanggotaan, Kementerian Pertahanan.

Kursus Kerani Pertengahan Siri 1/2026 telah dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu bermula pada 03 Julai 2026 hingga 31 Julai 2026 dan dihadiri oleh 30 anggota yang terdiri daripada 4 anggota Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei, 3 anggota Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei, 6 anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei, 13 anggota Kementerian Pertahanan, 2 anggota Markas Angkatan Bersama ABDB dan 2 anggota Pasukan Sekuriti Gurkha.

Kursus ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan mengembangluaskan pengetahuan serta kemahiran anggota dalam bidang perkeranian bagi kerani-kerani ABDB yang akan memegang jawatan selaku Ketua Kerani.  Sepanjang menghadiri kursus ini, pelbagai ilmu dan kemahiran telah didedahkan oleh para jurulatih, bukan sahaja dalam bidang perkeranian, malahan juga dalam bidang pengurusan dan pelaksanaan majlis.  

Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah al-Fatihah dan diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil serta ucapan daripada Tetamu Kehormat. Dalam ucapannya, Yang Mulia Tetamu Kehormat merakamkan ucapan tahniah kepada semua peserta kursus dan menekankan agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan profesional berpandukan hukuman-hukuman tetap, buku-buku rujukan dan juga pegawai-pegawai atasan atau Kerani-kerani Kanan. Tetamu Kehormat mengakhiri ucapan beliau dengan Penutupan Rasmi Kursus Kerani Pertengahan Siri 1/2026.
