PENANJONG GARRISON, MONDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2024 – The Opening Ceremony of the Class 5 Driving License Course Series 2/2024 took place at the Driving Training Wing, School of Military Trade, Training Institute of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
The Guest of Honor for the event was Yang Mulia Lt Ak Abd Hamizan bin Pg Salim, Head of the Driving Training Wing at the School of Military Trade, Training Institute of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Also present were the Training Warrant Officer, Administrative Warrant Officer, Senior Assistant Instructors, and instructors.
The Class 5 Driving License Course is an intermediate course designed to qualify participants who hold a Class 3 Driving License to achieve the standards required for a Class 5 driver. In this course, participants will learn about Road Traffic Laws, Vehicle Office Documents, and procedures for driving a 4-ton truck. Additionally, they will be trained to perform the duties and responsibilities outlined in the regulations for the Trade Standards and jobs within the ABDB.
MAJLIS PEMBUKAAN KURSUS MEMANDU LESEN KELAS 5 SIRI 2/2024
PENANJONG GARISON, ISNIN, 28 OKTOBER 2024 – Majlis Perasmian Kursus Memandu Lesen Kelas 5 Siri 2/2024 telah berlangsung di Cawangan Latihan Memandu, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat untuk merasmikan majlis ialah Yang Mulia Lt Ak Abd Hamizan bin Pg Salim, Ketua Cawangan Latihan Memandu, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai Waran Latihan, Pegawai Waran Pentadbir, Penolong Jurulatih Kanan, dan para jurulatih.
Kursus Memandu Lesen Kelas 5 merupakan kursus pertengahan yang bertujuan untuk menaik taraf peserta yang mempunyai Lesen Pemandu Kelas 3 ke tahap Pemandu Kelas 5. Dalam kursus ini, peserta kursus akan mempelajari tentang undang-undang jalan raya, dokumen pejabat kenderaan, dan tatacara memandu menggunakan kenderaan trak 4 ton. Selain itu, peserta kursus juga akan dilatih untuk melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sepertimana yang terkandung dalam peraturan bagi Taraf Pertukangan dan Pekerjaan ABDB.
