Penanjong Garison, Jumaat, 12 Ogos 2022 – Majlis Penutupan Kursus Kepimpinan Sarjan Siri 01/2022 telah berlangsung pada hari ini bertempat di Mes Pegawai Waran/Staf Sarjan dan Sarjan, Penanjong Garison.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Yang Mulia Leftenan Kolonel Amirul Adly bin Haji Ali, Ketua Jurulatih Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (IL ABDB). Turut hadir dimajlis tersebut ialah Mejar Dk Hjh Siti Noraishah binti Pg Hj Tajudin, Pegawai Memerintah Pusat Evolusi, IL ABDB, Leftenan Nur Hazirah binti Harun selaku Ketua Cawangan Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan, para jemputan daripada pelbagai unit ABDB, pegawai-pegawai, guru-guru, PTB-PTB Kanan dan jurulatih-jurulatih Cawangan Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan PE IL ABDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dikepalai oleh Yang Mulia 18309 Sarjan Haji Mohd Zulhilmi bin Emran dan diteruskan dengan bacaan Ayat Al-Quran, Surah Al-Sod daripada ayat 26 hingga 27 diikuti dengan ucapan daripada 21592 Sarjan Noorhahfizah binti Haji Mazin wakil peserta kursus Kepimpinan Sarjan Siri 01/2022.
Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil-sijil kepada peserta-peserta kursus serta anugerah terbaik diikuti dengan ucapan dan penutupan rasmi kursus Kepimpinan Sarjan Siri 1/2022 yang disempurnakan oleh Yang Mulia Tetamu Kehormat.
Yang Mulia Tetamu Kehormat dalam ucapannya menzahirkan penghargaan dan tahniah kepada peserta kursus Kepimpinan Sarjan Siri 01/2022 kerana telah menamatkan kursus dengan jayanya. Beliau turut menyatakan akan kepentingan Kursus Kepimpinan Sarjan dalam memupuk keperibadian akhlak yang diperlukan dalam jati diri sebagai seorang pemimpin di ABDB dan berfungsi sebagai pengasah potensi setiap individu dengan mempertingkatkan tahap pengetahuan kepimpinan agar lebih kompeten dan berkeyakinan di dalam memimpin anggota bawahan serta berupaya menjalankan tugas serta tanggungjawab dengan lebih berkesan dan efisien.
Di samping itu, beliau turut menyeru agar pemimpin memiliki keupayaan untuk menerima dan menyahut cabaran kepada perubahan agar dapat meningkatkan lagi tahap diri kepada yang lebih baik, proaktif dan dinamik dengan berfikiran inovatif dan positif.
Anugerah Penuntut Terbaik Keseluruhuan, Penuntut Terbaik dalam Penerbitan Kertas Kerja dan Penuntut Terbaik Praktikal disandang oleh 18990 Sarjan Mohd Rusyduddin bin Upli dari unit Pusat Optima Kecergasan Tentera (POKT). Manakala, anugerah Penuntut Terbaik dalam Pembentangan Kertas Kerja disandang oleh 18309 Sarjan Hj Mohd Zulhilmi bin Emran dari unit JAMAAT dan Anugerah Penuntut Terbaik Teori disandang oleh 21459 Sarjan Nordayati binti Awg Amit dari Unit Teknologi Maklumat Pertahanan.
Anugerah Sindiket Terbaik Keseluruhan, Sindiket Terbaik Praktikal dan Sindiket Terbaik Amali disandang Sindiket Dua iaitu Mampalam Manis dan Sindiket Pertama iaitu Samut Gandang merangkul anugerah Sindiket Terbaik dalam Penerbitan dan Pembentangan Kertas Kerja.
Majlis kemudiannya diakhiri dengan bacaan doa penutup dan sesi bergambar ramai.
CLOSING CEREMONY FOR SERGEANT LEADERSHIP COURSE SERIAL 01/2022
Penanjong Garisson, Friday, 12 August 2022 – The Closing Ceremony for the Serial 01/2022 was held this morning at the Warrant Officer/ Staff Sergeant and Sergeant Mess, Penanjong Garrison.
Present as the Guest of Honor is Yang Mulia Lieutenant Colonel Amirul Adly bin Haji Ali, Chief Instructor of the Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF). Also present at the ceremony was Major Dk Hjh Siti Noraishah binti Pg Hj Tajudin, Officer Commanding of the Evolution Center TI RBAF, Lieutenant Nur Hazirah binti Harun as Head of the Leadership and Management Wing, invited guests from various RBAF units, officers, teachers, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers and Leadership and Management Wing instructors.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by 18309 Sergeant Haji Mohd Zulhilmi bin Emran and continued with the recitation of Al-Quran Verses, Surah Al-Sod from verses 26 to 27 followed by speeches from 21592 Sergeant Noorhahfizah binti Haji Mazin representatives of Sergeant Leadership Course Serial 1/2022 participants.
The ceremony continued with the presentation of certificates to the course participants as well as the best awards followed by a speech and the official closing of the Sergeant Leadership Course Serial 1/2022 which was completed by the Guest of Honour.
The Guest of Honor in his speech expressed his appreciation and congratulations to the participants of the Sergeant Leadership Course Serial 01/2022 for successfully completing the course. He also emphasized the significance of the Sergeant’s Leadership Course in cultivating the character and behavior required as a leader in RBAF and also honing the potential of each individual by enhancing leadership knowledge in order to be more competent and confident in leading subordinates and able to carry out duties and responsibilities more effectively and efficiently.
In addition, the Guest of Honour also highlighted that a leaders need to have the ability to accept and respond to the challenges of change in order to be able to further improve for the betterment of oneself, proactive and dynamic with innovative and positive minds.
The Best Overall Student Award, Best Student in Essay Writing and Best Practical Student were awarded by 18990 Sergeant Mohd Rusyduddin bin Upli from Performance Optimisation Centre. Meanwhile, the Best Student Award in Research Paper Presentation was held by 18309 Sergeant Hj Mohd Zulhilmi bin Emran from JAMAAT and the Best Student in Theory was awarded to 21459 Sergeant Nordayati binti Awg Amit from Defence Information Technology Unit (DITU).
The Best Overall Syndicate Award, the Best Practical Syndicate and the Best Practical Syndicate were awarded to Syndicate 2 named Mampalam Manis Syndicate and the Syndicate 1 named Samut Gandang Syndicate won the Best Syndicate Award in Research Paper Writing and Presentation.
