Penanjong Garison, Jumaat, 26 Julai 2024 – Majlis Penutupan dan Penyampaian Sijil Kursus Asas Otomotif Teknisyen Siri 29/2024 telah sempurna dilaksanakan bertempat di Automotive Theater Room, Practical Training Area, Cawangan Latihan Teknikal Darat, Sekolah Pertukangan Tentera, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata di Raja Brunei (CLTD SPT IL ABDB).
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis ialah 961 Mejar Hisham bin Haji Mahmud, Pegawai Memerintah Woksyop Penanjong. Kursus Asas Otomotif Teknisyen Siri 29/2024 ini dikendalikan selama enam (06) bulan bermula daripada hari Isnin, 09 Januari 2024 hingga hari Jumaat, 26 Julai 2024. Objektif kursus asas ini diadakan adalah untuk melayakkan peserta-peserta kursus menjadi tekniksyen otomotif.
Kursus ini menyampaikan ilmu otomotif secara teori dan kemahiran secara praktikal. Dalam kursus ini juga disampaikan langkah keselamatan dan peralatan yang sesuai digunakan semasa membaik pulih komponen mekanikal. Seramai empat belas (14) anggota telah berjaya menamatkan kursus ini yang terdiri daripada anggota-anggota Bolkiah Woksyop, LAD Batalion Pertama TDDB, LAD Batalion Kedua TDDB, LAD Batalion Ketiga TDDB, Woksyop Rejimen Jurutera Medan TDDB dan LAD Cawangan No 5 TUDB. Tetamu Kehormat menyampaikan sijil kepada peserta-peserta kursus diikuti dengan penyampaian sijil penuntut terbaik keseluruhan kepada 53868 Soldadu Muhammad Ihsan Danial bin Afthabulhar daripada Woksyop Rejimen Jurutera Medan TDDB.
Melalui kursus ini, peserta-peserta kursus telah layak menjadi teknisyen otomotif yang akan bertugas di bawah Kejuruteraan Darat di Bolkiah dan Penanjong Woksyop serta di LAD-LAD Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB). Kursus ini amatlah penting bagi melahirkan teknisyen otomotif yang berkemahiran dan kompeten agar dapat menjalankan tugas dalam pembaikan dan pemeliharaan alat kelengkapan kenderaan berpangkalan di darat yang digunakan di ABDB bagi keperluan operasi mahupun latihan.
THE CLOSING CEREMONY AND CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION FOR THE BASIC AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN COURSE SERIES 29/2024
Penanjong Garrison, Friday, 26 July 2024 – The Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for the Basic Automotive Technician Course Series 29/2024 was successfully held at the Automotive Theater Room, Practical Training Area, Land Technical Training Wing, Military Trade School, Royal Brunei Armed Forces Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (LTTW SMT TI RBAF).
The guest of honor for the event was 961 Major Hisham bin Haji Mahmud, Commanding Officer of Penanjong Workshop. The Basic Automotive Technician Course Series 29/2024 was conducted over six months, from Monday, 09 January 2024, to Friday, 26 July 2024. The objective of this basic course is to qualify the participants to become Class 3 Automotive Technicians.
The course provided both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in automotive maintenance. Participants were also trained on safety procedures and appropriate tools for repairing automotive components. A total of fourteen personnel successfully completed the course, including personnels from Bolkiah Workshop, LAD First Battalion RBLF, LAD Second Battalion RBLF, LAD Third Battalion RBLF, CEJ Field RBLF and LAD No 5 Wing RBAirF. The guest of honor presented certificates to the course participants and awarded the Best Overall Student Award to 53868 Private Muhammad Ihsan Danial bin Afthabulhar from the CEJ Field RBLF.
Through this course, the participants are now qualified to serve as automotive technicians under the Land Engineering at Bolkiah and Penanjong Workshops, as well as at the LADs of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). This course is crucial for producing skilled and competent automotive technicians to carry out repair and maintenance tasks for land-based vehicle equipment used by the RBAF for operational and training needs.
