LIEUTENANT COLONEL PG AEDDIE MASJAFFRIE BIN PG HJ MD JA'AFAR

Lieutenant Colonel Pg Aeddie Masjaffrie Bin Pg Hj Md Ja'afar was enlisted into the Royal Brunei Armed Forces in 1997 and attended the Officer Cadet School in 1998 at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, United Kingdom.

Throughout his career in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces he held various appointments in Command and Staff and which among others include after he completed the Special Forces Regiment (SFR) selection and served as a Troop Leader in January 2004, Officer Commanding Special Task Platoon 1Bn RBLF, Adjutant 2Bn RBLF, Staff Officer 2 Special Operations Directorate of Operations which is now known as Joint Force Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, Assistant Chief of Staff G2 RBLF, Military Assistant to RBAF Commander, Defence Advisor of Negara Brunei Darussalam in Republic Indonesia, Staff Officer 1 Performance Optimisation Centre RBAF.

Lieutenant Colonel Pg Aeddie Masjaffrie has attended various courses locally and internationally which include Republic of Singapore and the United Kingdom. 

He was awarded The Most Honourable Order of Setia Negara Brunei Fourth Class (PSB) in 2019.

He is married to Dk Sri Rohayou binti Pg Hj Martarsat and is blessed with three sons. Both of them enjoy sports and travelling. ​
