PENANJONG GARRISON, Khamis, 12 September 2024 – Force Sergeant Major’s (FSM) Session with the Leaders of the Warrant Officer Leadership and Management Course 2024 took place at the Warrant Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ Mess, Penanjong Garrison. Present as the guest of honour is Yang Mulia Warrant Officer 1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh, Force Sergeant Major of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (FSM RBAF).
During the session, the guest of honour shared that the course participants need to possess quality and efficient leadership style, which includes influence, knowledge, strategy, smart thinking, brotherhood, and being a role model, in which a leader can effectively and orderly support the organisation within a unit.
The session ended with a question-and-answer session followed by a group photo.
SESI SARJAN MEJAR ANGKATAN BERSENJATA DIRAJA BRUNEI BERSAMA PARA PEMIMPIN KURSUS KEPIMPINAN DAN PENGURUSAN PEGAWAI WARAN SESI 2024
PENANJONG GARISON, Khamis, 12 September 2024 – Sesi Sarjan Mejar Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (SM ABDB) bersama Para Pemimpin Kursus Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan Pegawai Waran Sesi 2024 telah berlangsung di Mes Pegawai Waran dan Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah Kanan, Penanjong Garison. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Yang Mulia Pegawai Waran 1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh, SM ABDB.
Semasa sesi tersebut, Tetamu Kehormat telah menekankan bahawa ahli kursus perlu mempunyai gaya kepimpinan yang berkualiti dan efisien, iaitu influence (pengaruh), knowledge (pengetahuan), strategy (perancangan), think smart (kemahiran berfikir), brotherhood (setiakawan) dan role model (suri teladan). Gaya kepimpinan tersebut akan dapat menggerakkan organisasi dalam sesebuah unit dengan baik dan teratur.
Sesi tersebut berakhir dengan sesi soal jawab dan bergambar ramai.
